Dir. Todd Herman & Francis Kohler US 2000
Life Itself profiles three artists at Creativity Explored, an arts center for adults with disabilities.
The structure of the film resembles a poem and illustrates how the work these artists create not only
reflects their struggles, but also provides a vital means to come to terms with them. Life Itself ushers
us into a world of dreams and fears, frustrations and inspirations, recognizing that art and life are often
difficult to describe.(video, 53m)
Plays with animated shorts by artists of Creativity Explored. Directors in person at evening shows. Sorry, no passes/punchcards.
