Wednesday, Fueled is back with Ride-On, an awe-inspiring documentary about big-wave surfing. The film features a summertime trip to the perfect barrel in Mainland Mexico, where a crew of NorCal’s best stayed in shape for the monster paddle-in sessions later at Maverick’s. Then came the deadliest swell to arrive in decades. Surfers were left to decide between Mavericks, with waves at a size some compared to “100-Foot Wednesday,” and Ghost Tree, a spot that will face a future ban on tow-in surfing on its biggest days. Ride-On is not your ordinary big-wave surfing documentary, but a journey into the lives and minds of surfers as they search for their perfect wave, and includes new footage from the Nov. 29th and 30th swell that some are calling "the swell of the decade."
